I took the Bean to Bar class with Josh. He was fabulous! The class was excellent. Josh is hilarious. There are plenty of hands on experiences and many visuals. Josh and Candy worked really hard and extended excellent hospitality. Everyone in the class had fun and learned a lot. Upstairs, they have really nice staff making coffee, ice cream and hot chocolate. They give everyone Prosecco or something else to drink. You get to see the machines of small batch chocolate making.

I was busy in taking some photos for the shop and my family started eating the ice cream, and because of the compliment that they did, I couldn't wait to finish taking photos for my ice cream. I bite it twice and enjoyed the deep taste of caramelized honey with the delicious ice cream. They are very friendly and made my day. Thank you!!!

Went for a Black Forest gateau flavoured hot chocolate, I skipped the cream and saved the calories for the chocolate stir! It was really tasty and I very much enjoyed the hot drink. Highly recommend hotel chocolat as the staff has been very friendly and helpful! They were all very kind! Definitely a bonus! I will come back for different hot chocolate 🍫

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting a chocolate shake shop that left me utterly disappointed and disgusted. The main point of concern was the manager's abhorrent breath, which overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit. Additionally, the lackluster performance of the staff further contributed to my overall dissatisfaction. From the moment I stepped into the shop, an overpowering stench assaulted my senses. It was immediately clear that the source of this repugnant odor was none other than the manager, whose breath could only be described as horrific. It was an assault on my olfactory senses, leaving me with a deep regret for choosing this particular establishment. To make matters worse, the staff's performance was lackadaisical at best. While the cafe area seemed to be functioning smoothly, the rest of the employees appeared to be doing next to nothing. The lack of attentiveness and dedication from the majority of the staff was glaringly evident, creating an atmosphere of apathy and disinterest. Even though the chocolate shakes were advertised as the highlight of this shop, I found them to be mediocre at best. The flavors lacked depth and the consistency was inconsistent, failing to deliver the promised indulgence. It was evident that the focus was not on quality, but rather on the quantity of customers being served. The combination of the manager's repulsive breath and the lackluster performance of the staff left me with a deeply unsatisfying experience. It is disheartening to witness such negligence in personal hygiene and customer service within an establishment that claims to offer a premium product. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this chocolate shake shop to anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The lack of attention to personal hygiene, coupled with the apathetic staff, creates an atmosphere that is far from inviting. I strongly urge the management to address these issues promptly and prioritize the well-being of their customers. In conclusion, my visit to this chocolate shake shop was nothing short of a disaster. The manager's offensive breath and the lack of effort from the majority of the staff overshadowed any potential positives. As an ex-employee here, I would say the chocolates are quite nice and there is a massive selection, however the state of the shop and café is abysmal, dead rats all over the shop for one. I felt disgusted even serving drinks as the cafe is was so dirty with hoards of flies sitting on the chocolates and blenders for the shakes, I would never let my friends or family get anything from the cafe as it would be very easy to become sick or catch something from the lack of cleanliness and the organisation of this business is also shocking.
